I recently hired Chef Eileen to cater my parent's 50th Anniversary Party this past August. I must say that it was a “Major Success!” Eileen made a spectacular “Italian Style” sit-down dinner for 32 people. From beginning to end, and the food was outstanding: Appetizers, Salad, Lasagna, Creamy Polenta with a Mushroom Ragout, Sautéed Zucchini, Peppers and Onions. I didn't have to worry about a thing as Eileen and her staff took care of everything. The party was perfect, my parents were thrilled, and I received many compliments from my guests. Eileen gave 100% and I will definitely hire her again for future events!

Dear Eileen:
I need your help again for two more events. First, however, let me say that the two events that you catered for us were terrific--the first one being the Christmas luncheon for 20 ladies and the second, the sit down formal dinner murder mystery party when you served an English-style dinner wth prime rub, Yorkshire pudding and the works.
Now I need your help again for a dinner party about two weeks before Christmas; I would like you to prepare an "Olde English Christmas Dinner". After the holidays, I will be having another mystery party with the theme being Egypt. As we discussed, you have many wonderful lamb dinner ideas
